Personal Party Planning Package

Base Package

Introductory Special $65.00

Base Package Includes:

  • Initial Consultation
  • During the initial consultation you will meet with one of our planners to develop the overall party requirements. We will determine the number of guests, menu ideas, party budget, and other event particulars. We will collectively determine the successful outcome of the event.

  • Event Planning Guide
  • A detailed guide for planning and managing your party. This guide provides information on the guests, menu, drink requirements, set-up requirements, décor, budget and other useful tips for making you event successful.

  • Event Planning Checklist and Timeline
  • A detailed checklist with a timeline for accomplishing each task, separated into weeks before the event, days before, day of and after the event. Each task features a detailed description of the requirements and estimated time for completion. This is a useful guide in planning your party and provides detailed steps to accomplish all your goals.

  • Menu Planner
  • A detailed menu that includes all recipes, serving requirements and shopping lists. This guide also includes list of items that can be prepared ahead of time and a time line for the day of event preparation.

  • Beverage Planner
  • A detailed guide for setting up your beverages. This guide includes recommended beverage quantities and set ups. For Bar set up, this guide includes recommended bottle requirements, mixers and garnishes.

  • Event Budget Tracker
  • Once your event budget is established you will receive our handy budget tracking guide so you can monitor your event expenses.

  • Planning Support
  • Your personal event planner will be available by phone to answer your questions and support you in planning your successful event.

 

Optional Add-On Services

  • Planning Assistance $55.00 per hour plus any expenses
  • This service is available for anyone who needs more assistance then what is provided in the base package. If there is too much to do and not enough time to get it all done you can simply hand over some of your tasks to your planner and they will be glad to handle the details for you. They can handle any task required from working with vendors and suppliers, handling invitations, tracking your checklists to arranging caterers, cleaning services and party rentals. The hourly rate covers all costs for assistance from our office, any travel costs or outside services will be additional.

  • Guest Management
  • JMM Productions will handle all you guest invitation and tracking requirements. We send invitations from your guest list, track all RSVPs, provide information to guest as necessary and provide you with updated information on the number of responses and anticipated guest counts. Prior to your event you will receive a printed list of all expected guests.

  • Electronic Invitation $0.30 per guest
  • We will send out email invitations to all guests using one of our standard designs. (custom invitations available for an additional fee)

  • Paper Invitation $1.25 per guest plus cost of invitations
  • We will prepare, package, address and mail invitations to all your guests. Standard paper invitation service includes printed address labels and electronic RSVP. Additional costs will apply for paper RSVP, handwritten or calligraphy labels.

 

Event Staffing

As your event nears, JMM Productions can provide you with additional staffing needs to help prepare for your event. We have trained staff members that can assist you with last minute tasks. In addition to set up and preparation, we can provide staff to assist during your event so you can enjoy your guests. All hourly charges are based on a minimum of one hour and will include travel time and expense for off site services like shopping. During the initial consultation, additional staffing needs can be considered and estimated. All assistance costs can be negotiated to a lump sum basis.

Hosting

Valet $25.00 per hour
Host/Hostess $25.00 per hour
